My experience combines day-to-day business operations with hands-on technology support. In my work inside a small service business, I have helped implement, test, troubleshoot, and maintain the systems that staff and customers use.

During my service in the Marines, I completed training in Lean Six Sigma and continuous process improvement.

My civilian experience includes bilingual websites, FreePBX phone systems, customer-facing web tools, and shipping and exchange-rate workflows. I also installed and configured the office network, maintained static IP addresses for business devices, set up IP and shared printers, and troubleshot connectivity between devices. My focus is on connecting the pieces, testing them in the real workflow, and resolving problems as they appear.
